Retention timeline viewer
Visual timeline showing when your data was collected, how long it will be kept, and scheduled deletion dates. Set reminders for upcoming deletions.
Real-time consent notifications
Receive email or SMS alerts when a new organisation requests access to your data. Approve or deny requests from your phone.
Download your data package
Export all your Cleared data (verification results, consent records, audit logs) in machine-readable JSON or human-readable PDF format.

Until the new controls launch, you can still exercise your data rights by emailing our Data Protection Officer at dpo@cleared.id. We respond to access, correction, and deletion requests within 30 days.
Clients can manage team access and view verification results through their existing Cleared dashboards. We will migrate these features into the new privacy controls hub with clear migration notices.
