Consent, audit trails and your rights
You control who sees your data. Every consent is explicit, purpose-bound, and revocable. We log every access and respond to data rights requests within legally required timelines.
Consent and audit controls
Explicit consent before sharing
You approve each organisation before it can request your data. Consent screens show organisation name, purpose, retention period, and data fields.
Audit logs you can request
Every view, download, and sharing event is logged with timestamp, user, IP address, and purpose. Request your audit trail anytime from the DPO.
Revoke access instantly
Log in to your Cleared account and revoke an organisation's permission. We stop further sharing immediately and notify the organisation.
